James receives a Primrose Award

James Receives A Primrose Award

The CiaO Foundation has presented another of it’s Primrose Awards to ex-serviceman James in October.

The On Course Foundation nominated James as an organisation dedicated to helping wounded, injured and sick Service Personnel and veterans overcome difficult periods of their lives through the medium of golf and employment. James is just one such veteran who was medically discharged and facing a very uncertain future as a result.

With receipt of his Primrose Award James will be completing an Introduction to Golf Management Course and taking on this new challenge in the related career path he now wants to follow.

Will Barker from On Course Foundation said “We are so grateful for the support from the Ciao Foundation. This is a fantastic opportunity for James, and one he can’t wait to begin."

Presenting the Award

CiaO Foundation Trustees Geoffrey Barber and Richard Brazier went to one of On Course Foundation’s associated golf clubs to catch James and present him with his award.

We wish James the very best with his studies and future career, challenges and the opportunities to come.
